F-Information Stats

The challenge

F-information is a women- and family-support organization based in Geneva. They offer consultations in professional, legal, and psycho-social fields. However, the organization faced challenges in managing its operations efficiently. There was no centralized system to track consultations, contacts, or employee activities, nor to generate the statistics required for reporting and decision-making. The association needed a custom-built software solution to streamline its internal processes and enhance administrative oversight.

The solution

I designed and developed a custom web application tailored to F-Information’s operational needs. The application included:

  • Management of Activities: Tracking both individual and group consultations.
  • Contact Management: A module to manage and organize the association’s network of contacts.
  • Employee Activity Tracking: A timesheet system to log and monitor employee tasks and hours.
  • Activity Statistics: Real-time generation of key statistics to evaluate the association’s impact.

I was fully responsible for the full-stack development of the platform:

  • Backend: Developed using Laravel
  • Frontend: Built with Vue.js, HTML, and Sass for a modern, responsive interface.
