The challenge
Ecla Paris Massy-Palaiseau, an international campus where you can experience the best of co-living near Plateau de Saclay and Paris!
The platform mainly manages the studios, the events, the services, the common spaces present in the Massy Palaiseau campus as well as the process of research and reservation of accommodation according to certain criteria.
Following a need to add studios from other campuses, it was necessary to redesign the platform to allow the different contents to be categorized by campus.
The solution
To meet the specified need, I redesign the existing application. The main features i added was :
- Management of content types ( common spaces, services, accomodations, events ) by campus.
- Refactor of the housing search process but adding selection by campus.
- Refactor the housing reservation process.
- Refactor the design of the entire site
I was responsible of the full stack development of this platform, in backend i used Symfony and in front end i used HTML, Sass and JQuery.
